I’m Grace Pilch, a designer and photographer based in Seattle, but I am originally from a small town in Maryland, not too far outside of DC & Baltimore.

I push to design what may go unnoticed at the surface, but what makes a campaign, photo shoot, or publication successful (what is in the parentheses of your campaign - the subliminal work). A viewer may not know why they are drawn to something or persuaded and that’s when something is successful because the design is what allows something to shine - not the design itself- the careful choices made.

I am obsessed with plants, bees, animals, and activism. I believe in sticking up for the underdog and designing what matters. Design is how I use my voice for good — to enact the change I want to see out in the world.
